Our Story

Silver Birch Bible Camp is situated in its beautiful Makwa Lake Provincial Park home since approx. 1973.  Silver Birch Bible Camp is a smaller, church-operated volunteer-run Bible camp.

​Every summer, campers gather and have an amazing time enjoying all that an exciting summer camp has to offer, including activities like canoeing, kayaking, water sports, swimming, archery, crafts, wide games, and more!  They also participate in chapel times, group discussions, and fun Bible skills activities.  

Kids come to camp from a variety of backgrounds and situations, and leave after a fun, meaningful time at camp with strong friendships, both old and new!

As an outreach of the local Cornerstone Community Church, the Silver Birch Bible Camp ministry exists to offer lasting hope and truth through a growing relationship with Jesus Christ in a safe and positive environment.  We want to see thriving communities of people experiencing peace with God and others through a living relationship with Jesus Christ!
